Vanilla and Cinnamon Chia Seed Pudding.
This is such a great, healthy breakfast for when you are in a hurry. It’s quick, easy and you can prepare it night before. It’s packed full of nutrients, and it is especially high in Protein, Fibre and Omega 3’s.
Ingredients
1/4 – 1/3 Cup of Chia Seeds (1/3 cup makes it a little thicker)
1 Cup of Your choice of Milk (Almond and Coconut work really well)
1 Vanilla bean or 1tsp of Pure vanilla extract
1 Pinch of Cinnamon.
Method
1. Place Chia Seeds in Bowl
2. In a separate Bowl Mix Vanilla extract or Seeds from the Vanilla bean into Your choice of milk.
3. Pour over Chia seeds, sprinkle in Cinnamon and mix really well.
4. Cover and leave in the fridge over night.
5. In the morning you are all ready to go 🙂
*Berries are delicious on top.
*You can also sprinkle in Cacao powder with or instead of the Cinnamon.
*If you prepare it in a jar or container, it’s a great option for when you need to take your breakfast with you.
This will make one generous serving.
