I was searching online for a great Pilates workout. When I came across Blogilates.

The routines are really fun and dynamic. The instructor Cassey Ho has such an energetic and positive vibe, somehow even when it seems like I am on my one-millionth pulse I still want to smile.

This is my favourite routine from her site and It’s great for when I’m in a rush as its only around 17 minutes. But It’s pretty intense and I definitely work up a sweat. But I just love how i feel afterwards.
