Pilates – Beginners

I love this routine. It is a really great place to start if you are new to Pilates. Even though I have been doing Pilates for sometime, I still find this workout to be really effective and challenging. Cassey Ho has such an enthusiastic and positive energy, her routines are really enjoyable and easy to follow. This routine is the perfect way to start the day, it’s definitely a fun and effective way to work out. All you need is a yoga mat 🙂
