Barre + Yoga

I tried this workout the other day and loved it. The yoga component is a little more challenging on your arms and the pace is quite fast but its a great workout that you can do in under half and hour. The instructor Emma Seibold, has a really positive and encouraging vibe, which really helps the challenging moves to be a lot less intimidating 🙂 The workout is easy to follow and all you need is a chair.
